IESA commits to work for the overall improvement event services sector, from design to innovation of products and services, standard of delivery to international standards, safe working environment for employees, in addition to representing services sector among ITPO, central and state governments, and other government and private forums.


Who may join IESA :

A Person, Individual, Partnership Firm, Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, Hindu Undivided Family, Association of persons shall be eligible to become member of this association only if he is in the business of providing any services to events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings etc. of national and international level.


How to join :

Requests for becoming IESA Memberships are to be made by submitting duly filled IESA Membership Form. The downloadable IESA Membership Form is available on website. It must be submitted together with the prescribed fee and sent to the Executive Committee for their approval and acceptance at the address given below :

Procedure of proceeding IESA Membership Form :

  1. Candidates eligible for IESA Membership will apply on a membership form, duly filled in together with the prescribed entrance fee by bank draft/DD/Cheque to the General Secretary. The application should be recommended by 2 members.
  2. The General Secretary shall place the application before the IESA Membership Committee, who shall scrutinize and accept or reject the application in the EC Meeting. The decision of the committee will be final to the applicant.
  3. In the case of an applicant whose application for membership has not been accepted, the General Secretary will inform the concerned applicant along with the refund cheque of the amount deposited by the applicant. Such rejected application can, however seek membership after the lapse of one calendar year.

  1. The year for subscription will be 1st April to 31st March.
  2. Enrolment Fee will be paid once only at the time of applying for membership.
  3. Cheques/DD to be made in favour of " INDIAN EXHIBITIONS, CONFERENCES & EVENTS SERVICES ASSOCIATION "
  4. If Membership is taken between January to March than Annual Subscription Fee of Rs.10,000/- & Rs.5,000/- will be applicable up to next March.

Definition of Membership :

Founder Member :Founder Members are those who are associated with the association at the time of its incorporation of IESA. This Membership is not transferable and shall end with the termination of the membership only. All such members shall have on voting right each and shall be eligible for membership of the IESA Executive Committee.

Executive Member :Executive Members are those who have at least 5 years of experience in the field of service providers to exhibitions, conferences, events etc. and a turnover more than Rs.5.00 Crores annually. All such members shall have one voting right each and shall be eligible for membership of the IESA Executive Committee.

Ordinary Member :Ordinary Members are those who have at least 2 years of experience in the field of service providers to exhibitions, conferences, events etc. and a turnover more than Rs.5.00 Crores annually. All such members shall not have any voting rights but shall enjoy all the privileges of being a member of the association.
